[edit] List of state bands

There's a List of bands from Delaware that should be here instead. RobLinwood 22:57, 16 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Inital cleanup

Hi, I've tried to clean up and add to this page (adding The Spinto Band, Cab Calloway, Jade Tree Records, and Bob Marley), but I haven't lived in Delaware for several years so I don't really follow local acts until they reach the big time, like The Spinto Band have recently done. Please add to this if you can. DE Pride 4ever! RobLinwood 00:22, 27 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Songwriter Iggy Taylor

Please add Iggy Taylor to the list of proud Delaware musicians.

Omnisoul Band that did "Waiting (Save Your Life)" from "Fantastic 4." They are UoD grads and I believe they were based in Newark.

[edit] Cleanup of Band List?

I'm not sure if it's accurate to list bands that were signed to Jade Tree Records but not formed in Delaware or made up of Delawareans. For example: to the best of my knowledge Lifetime, The Promise Ring, and Jets to Brazil are not from Delaware, they don't currently live in Delaware, and their only connection to the state is through the label that distributes their albums. This is like saying that all bands that are signed to California based labels are California Bands. Socialproject 18:04, 14 March 2007 (UTC) Socialproject
