Mushi Sanban is a fictional character in Codename: Kids Next Door. Played by Santos in a live-action clip from Operation: C.L.U.E.S. Her first name is Japanese for either "insect" (虫) or "ignore" (無視).

Mushi is the younger (5-year-old) sister of Numbuh 3/Kuki Sanban and daughter of Kani and Genki Sanban.
[edit] Evilness
The first hint to a possible long-lasting (possibly small amount) evil personality was near the end of Operation: S.P.A.C.E., where she says that big sisters always "fall for that gooey stuff", implying she may have been faking her cheerful act. Her real portrayal as a villain was in Operation: C.L.U.E.S., where, overcome with jealousy, she stole Numbuh 3's Posh Party Rainbow Monkey since she wouldn't let her have it (Mushi wanted it all to herself). She later forked it in the butt, forgetting it sighed everytime it was hugged. She developed a hate for Numbuh 2, after revealing her and getting her grounded "for life" with no hope for TV. Although it's too early to think about this, when she turns thirteen she might betray the KND and become a Teen Ninja much like Numbuh 5's sister, Cree.

Mushi wears an oversized sweater like Numbuh 3, although hers is purple rather than green. Plus. she wears a pair of white Mary Janes and has two pigtails and a yellow backpack.

Sector V gets annoyed with her, the reason because she (perhaps faking it) acts like Numbuh 3. She also caused the events of Operation: S.P.A.C.E. by tampering with the controls.

In Operation: C.L.U.E.S. (Mushi's first appearance as a villain), Numbuh 2 caught her stabbing the Posh Party Rainbow Monkey on the back with a fork. In her appearances after Operation: C.L.U.E.S. (minus Operation: N.U.G.G.E.T.), she is plotting revenge on Numbuh 2 for getting her grounded.

In Operation: K.A.S.T.L.E. King Sandy fell in love with Mushi, formerly being in love with Numbuh 3. They (presumably, suggested if not said in Q&A's) dated, and she later ran away with him and the Knights of the Round Towel in Operation: S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E.

Near the beginning when Sector V thinks they are about to steal the Delightful Children From Down The Lane's "birthday cake", Numbuh 3 asks if (even) her sister can have a piece of the cake, in response to Numbuh 1 saying everyone will.
[edit] Operation: S.P.A.C.E
In her debut, Numbuh 3 was told to take care of Mushi so she brought her along when Sector V went to Moonbase for a re-supply mission. Sector V was annoyed for her acting just like her sister, who were playing together and listening to music. Mushi then tampers with the controls, causing the ship to crash into the KND's villain prison transport ship, although Sector V gets no contact. Numbuhs 1, 2 and 4 leave, and later Numbuh 3 is tricked out of the ship when someone knocks, thinking it's pizza. Numbuh 5 comes out of the bathroom to find Cree in the ship, resulting in them fighting. Mushi watches, and when Cree is about to dump Numbuh 5 into space realizes that they're serious. She makes a short speech about how sisters are supposed to love, followed by Numbuh 5 tricking Cree into blasting Cree into space, which is all according to Cree's plan. Mushi then remarks "big sisters always fall for that gooey stuff" with a mischievous grin, which may give a hint she is just faking acting like Numbuh 3, etc.
[edit] Operation: K.A.S.T.L.E.
She was trapped in the Rainbow Monkey Amusement Park (it looked she and Kuki were trapped by the look at their faces). And as soon as the others arrive they leave Kuki and Mushi alone asthey prefered to stay. Later, in the alert, Mushi got in the way, told the guys about some wedding organized by King Sandy, and they ignore the message. But, when, outside Mushi says King Sandy's name, they emerge into the castle. And, as soon as King Sandy sees Mushi he turns his love direction to Mushi, for later in Operation: S.P.A.N.K.E.N.S.T.I.N.E. King Sandy was Mushi's ally.

By killing Kuki's Posh Party Rainbow Monkey, she got grounded for life, by Kani Sanban (Mushi's father). She(Mushi) got angry because of Kuki not sharing the toy enough. Genki Sanban (Mushi's mother) confirmed that Kuki and Mushi did not share the Rainbow Monkey, but Genki wasn't the murderer, even so, it still wasn't the end of the war for Mushi.

Despite being grounded, she appeared as a Chicken Girl along with Lizzie Devine and Numbuh 3, singing a song ("give us your, chicken nuggets, we want a six piece meal..." etc.).

Striking vengeance on Numbuh 2 for what happened in Operation: C.L.U.E.S., Mushi unburied the Posh Party Rainbow Monkey from the Plush Meadows Stuffed Animal Cemetery and, using the Pizatronic Defibrillinationer Power Switcher, transferred Count Spankulot's powers to the doll, sending the doll after Numbuh 2. Numbuh 2 foiled her plans once again, and she was seen riding off into the night with her villainous boyfriend Sandy, who she met in Operation: K.A.S.T.L.E.
