Daggett thinks he's the masked superhero Muscular Beaver, so Norbert has to pretend to be his archnemesis, Baron Bad Beaver, to stop him before he does something stupid, or embarrassing to Norb.

Daggett claims to have seen "Old Gramps", a fish "big enough to swallow a Swede", and goes out to catch him and retrieve the tail piece, the fish took a bite out of, while Norbert goes along for the laughs.

- Barry the bear has primarily been a background character up until now. Here the character speaks for the first time.
- The human family seen picnicking in "Muscular Beaver" re-appear again in the season 3 episode, "Silent But Deadly."
- For some reason, in the end credits, John Garry's named is spelled "John Garrry." Purpose? Or Typo?
- Animation error in Fish and Dips: After the anchor drops a hole in the boat, Dag briefly plugs it with his tail. But, a few seconds later, Dag's tail is out of the hole, and the hole in the boat is gone!
