I'm a fan of the series but don't see why this article as it stands now should be considered a Stub. This article is fine for what it is, a breif explanation of what the virus is, that it is not a real-world virus and why it is relevent to the story it is mentioned in. I'm removing the Stub status of this article, not all short atricles should be considered Stubs. On a related note, this is a very narrow topic for a Wikipedia article but I do not feel this article should be deleted. Although this is an issue that could just as easily be in a plot synopsis for Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex, I feel that because someone not familiar with the show could run a search for the virus or its vaccine not knowing it was fictional this may be worth having its own article. Regardless, this article does not need any further expansion.
