Murilo Benício

Murilo Benício Ribeiro (born July 13, 1972 in Niterói, Rio De Janeiro, Brasil) is a Brazilian television/film actor. He was the star of Amores Possíveis (2001) (Possible Loves) which won the Jury award for Latin American cinema at the Sundance Film Festival. More recently he starred in Homem do Ano, O (2003) (Man of the Year). He is married to Alessandra Negrini, and they have a son Antonio. He is quoted for saying that Charlie Chaplin inspired him as a young boy to be an actor. His favorite author is Cervantes.
