[edit] Main article name

After creating this article it occurred to me that it ought to be called "city charter" and "town charter" ought to redirect there, rather than the other way around. I won't object if someone decides to do this. 18.26.0.18 02:07, 1 May 2005 (UTC)

"Municipal Charter" is fine....it covers both bases 71.234.219.101 18:20, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
