Munny

Munnys are 7" Do-it-yourself toys, made by Kid Robot. Although Munnys are relatively new on the market they already have a cult following among the fans of designer vinyl. All Munnys come with a set of random models like a carrot or a hat which can also be customized by using a pen or paint.

The original 7" Munny came out in three colors: white, black and "glow" (glow in the dark, yellowish green in daylight). As of March 2007, Kid Robot is currently selling their third edition of the original 7" Munny, as Series 3.

Kid Robot also recently introduced the "MegaMunny", a 21" version of the original Munny. The MegaMunny retails for $200USD, and comes in white, pink and yellow.

Munnys are gaining popularity both among artists and collectors alike, due to their customizability and individual designs. Three Munny shows ran in 2005 in New York, L.A. and San Francisco, where recognised artists customised Munnys for charity.
