Munchlax in it's kicking variation of basketball as seen in Pokemon: Destiny Deoxys. (Screenshot taken from the appropriate scene in the Destiny Deoxys DVD) The copyright most likely belongs to the company(ies) that made and produced the movie (Kids WB, Miramax Films,Pokemon USA Inc., etc.) This scene is appropriate as it visually explains Munchlax's kicking style basketball as seen in the movie.
