Removing the Notability warning. This does indeed fit into one of the proposed notability guides: Wikipedia:Notability (software) and is notable as it is included in most every GNU-Linux operating system distribution and is widely considered a "Standard" graphing tool for unices (as well as other OS groups as noted in the article).
