This is usually referred to as the "Mulready envelope" although it's really a letter sheet.

The article says all of the presses were sheet fed. However, in 1835 Rowland Hill and one of his brothers invented a continuous feed press. Perhaps it wasn't a success?Fconaway 02:24, 30 December 2006 (UTC)

Actually there were both Mulready lettersheets and envelopes. I am currently writing an article on lettersheets in general and you can see it here but it is not ready yet. I am not sure about your comment on continuous feed presses. ww2censor 21:02, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
