Muhr

Muhr is a small village in Salzburg/Austria, placed at river Mur. The name's origin is the latin word "murus" (engl.= wall). Related to river Mur and the village of Muhr there is the family name "Muhr" (e.g. Photographer Paula Muhr, Scientist Rudolf Muhr, Management Consultant Gerold Muhr.)
