Shaikh-ul-Hadith Mawlānā Muḥammad Zakarīyā al-Kāndahlawī (d. 1981) was a prominent Muslim scholar of the Indian subcontinent. He ascribed to the Deobandi school. The shaikh is best remembered for his contribution to hadith sciences and as the author of the 20-volume Awjāz-ul-Masālik ilá Muwaṭṭā' Imām Mālik[1]. He is the author of Fazail-e-Amaal, which is a series of books used by Tablighi Jamaat for proselytizing.
