Muhammad Natsir (July 17, 1908 - March 14, 1993) was born of Minangkabau parents in the town of Alahan Panjang, Solok, West Sumatra. He was an Indonesian nationalist and political leader, and prime minister of Indonesia from September 5, 1950 to April 26, 1951.
