bringing some negative effects: 1. bringing bad influence to human. 2. initiated air pollution, water pollution. Because city-dwellers just simply wrap their garbage in a plastic bags and thrown away either burnt or buried it. 3. not enough incinerators, dustbin.

of course, that is no positive effect if any pollution happened by all of human's own.
