in mudhol taluk one and only one gas center is Mallikarjun gas cener since from

   1989/90 ...that belongs to royal Kattee sahukars ..

this mudhol is also called/known as 'NayiMudhol'..it is good in agriculture and some commercials and tere r lot of sugar factories over here..
