Mućkalica (from mućkati - to shake) is a barbecue in Serbian cuisine, made by mixing of various kinds of meat and vegetables.

Meat of different animals, as well as various kinds of meat of a same animal are used to make a mućkalica: what cocktail is for beverages, mućkalica is for barbecue. Various mućkalicas are being commonly made, Leskovačka mućkalica probably being the most popular.
