MTV Networks Asia Pacific is a Viacom subsidiary in Asia that acts as a sister company to MTV Networks. MTV Networks Asia produces and broadcasts various programs for Asian MTV, VH1, and Nickelodeon branded channels. These include:

Including programming blocks in various parts of Asia, MTV has a combined distribution of more than 180 million homes. Unlike the European and Latin American divisions, which are regulated by the headquarters' country main regulating body, the MTV Networks Asia channels are regulated by the individual country's regulation body.
