Ms. Veronica Crabtree (known in the series as Mrs. Crabtree) was a fictional character in the popular adult cartoon, South Park. She was voiced by the late Mary Kay Bergman in seasons 1-3 and Eliza Schneider in seasons 4-8.

Veronica Crabtree was the school bus driver. She appeared to be suffering from paranoia, or at least was mentally unstable. She had a bird living in her hair and constantly screams "Sit down n' shut up!" Another method to calm down the children is to pull out a bunny and threaten to shoot it unless they obey her. (Kyle has total confidence that she would do it.) The main recurring joke connected with Ms. Crabtree is that she asks the children on her bus "What did you say?!" after they insulted her under their breaths. They would say something else that sounds similar in order to avoid trouble. For example:

Chef: Yeah, whatever, you fat stupid hog.
Ms. Crabtree: WHAT DID YOU SAY?!
Chef: I said "I've always wanted to go to Prague.
Ms. Crabtree (wistfully): Oh, me too.

This is parodied in the episode Cartman's Mom's a Dirty Slut:

Stan: We're not getting on today, you fat ugly bitch.
Ms. Crabtree: WHAT DID YOU SAY?!
Stan: I said we're not getting on today, you fat ugly bitch.
Ms. Crabtree: (calmly) Oh. Alright then. (Drives off)
Kyle: Whoa dude.
Stan: I always wondered if that would work.

In the B-plot of this episode, Ms. Crabtree is courted by a truck driver, who takes her to a comedy show. There she upstages the main act. Her act launches her career as a shock comic. Eventually, viewers realize that the entire episode has been a dream.

One of the most notable scenes involving Ms. Crabtree was in Fat Camp, when Kenny planned to climb into her uterus for 6 hours. However, before Kenny can go on, he is arrested and put in jail for three months, and gets a replacement. When asked how she felt that her cervix was dilated and had oxygen tanks put in her vagina, she responded "Great! I haven't had this much attention paid to my cooch since I was sixteen." When "Kenny" is revealed to have been crushed by the pressure in her uterus and died, she remarks "I told you I was a tight virgin flower!"

[edit] Cartman's Incredible Gift

Ms. Crabtree was murdered - as well as the bird nesting on her head - by a serial killer in the 2004 episode "Cartman's Incredible Gift". At that point she had not been seen ever since, and it was even commented by a detective in the episode: "She may not have been in any recent episodes, but dammit she deserved better than this!" The schoolbus is now driven by a seemingly Hispanic man.

Like Principal Victoria, It is implied that Ms. Crabtree has had a sexual relationship with Mrs. Cartman, possibly making her a potential mother for Cartman.
During old promotional commercials, Mrs. Crabtree was meant to replace Chef when he quit his job to marry a succubus. Chef was replaced by Mr. Derp however.
A song by Xzibit on his album At the Speed of Life is called "Mrs. Crabtree".
