Ms. International

Ms. International is a female bodybuilding contest organized by the International Federation of BodyBuilders. The Ms. International is generally considered to be the second most prestigious contest for female bodybuilders, behind only the Ms. Olympia. It was first held in 1986, and has been held annually since with the exception of 1987. Since 1989, the Ms. International contest has been part of the Arnold Classic Weekend. The 2000 contest saw the introduction of weight classes, with a posedown between the two class winners deciding the overall title. The contest reverted to the one open class format in 2006. The top all time winners are Laura Creavalle, Vickie Gates, Yaxeni Oriquen, and Iris Kyle, each with three titles.
The 2008 Ms. International will be held during the Arnold Classic Weekend; the date has not yet been announced.
