Please add new messages to the end of talk pages, user the "+" tab to add a new section, adding them near the top is confusing and may mean they get missed. I'll take a look at the IP you've listed, but if it's simple vandalsim then you need to post the appropriate warnings and then report on WP:AIV if they don't stop. Thank you for looking into it (and explaining what the + tab is for!). I do not believe it is a POV dispute--there are several authors who have made constructive changes to the article from varying points of view without blanking it entirely. 216.45.156.46 (talk • contribs • WHOIS • RDNS • RBLs • block user • block log) is content to delete all of our hard work. The user only vandalized once today, and that isn't severe enough for a block (and also, he has stopped vandalizing). I gave him a warning.
