Added description of events in the second book. Edited sentence concerning cat-throwing incident, as there's no evidence in the text to support the notion that Steerpike planned this episode to get rid of Flay, nor that he had an motive for wanting to. Removed superfluous adjective "horrible" (refering to Swelter). Removed the word "suicide" from comments of Sepulchrave's death.
