Mr. Sweeney (played by Don Creech) is Ned and Moze's "evil" science teacher in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, whose character has been toned down a bit since season one. He treats his students rather harshly, and many consider him "insane". He is also one of the heads of school and was about to fire the computer teacher because of a problem in the school site. He also tracks students' speeds in the hall with radar. And if they are going over the 5 miles per hour speed limit he writes them a "ticket" (probably a detention or a demerit) like a police officer would. He returns in Season 3, where he is now the eighth-grade science teacher.
