[edit] Plot synopsis
Willie Nelson has an argument with one of his managers, accusing him of stealing money. In an alleyway, the manager is shot twice. A blind woman is the only witness and all evidence points to Willie Nelson as the killer.
Monk soon learns that the witness's parents were killed and she was blinded in an accident years ago when the dead manager drove while he was drunk and hit her car. However, since then, she regained sight in one of her eyes. Under the guise that she was blind and could not have possibly committed the crime, she killed the manager for revenge.
The episode ends with Monk and Willie playing "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain" over the grave of Monk's late wife, Trudy.
