[edit] Plot
After planning a non-family Thanksgiving, the group one by one realise they do have to stop by their respective families. So, leaving Rosario behind to baste the turkey, the foursome set off on a road trip with a timer, for one-hour visits to their relatives. Karen visits Stan in prison, where she is devastated to learn he wants her to see other men. Jack and Elliot visit Jack's stepdad, where Jack gets angry at what he sees as his stepdad's dislike of him. The group visit Grace's family, where Grace unsuccessfully tries to hide her break-up from her mother. And then they visit Will's, where Will learns only one of his brothers showed up - and wants to leave - and his father is away conducting "business" (the Truman codeword for an affair), leaving his mother all alone.
Returning home, the group are all depressed, until Rosario suggests they return and settle their differences with their families and the four do so - Karen telling Stan she will be faithful, Grace discussing her problems with her mother, and Jack and Will learning things about their parents. What Rosario doesn't tell them is the real reason she wants them out, she's devoured the entire turkey.
