Mountain View High School is a public high school in Stafford, Virginia serving students in grades nine through twelve in the western portion of Stafford County, Virginia.

Mountain View was completed in 2005 as the fifth high school in Stafford County. "MVHS" is the second in a series of educational facilities architecturally identical to Colonial Forge High School. The school's colors are maroon and orange and the mascot is the Wildcat.

Mountain View is located on Mountain View Road, several miles from I-95 and U.S. Route 1. Any demographic information pertaining to Mountain Views' student population has yet to be formally documented or released by the Stafford County Public School System or any other reputable agency.

Their Varsity Wrestling team was Voted 10th of all AAA teams in the Metropolitan Area (includes Maryland, DC, and Northern Virgina).

Boys Cross Country and Track and Field at Mountain View, despite the school's infancy, have proven to be extremely competitive. During their first year in existence, the track team claimed the Commonwealth District Title for spring Track. They continued to win the Commonwealth District and Northwest Region in Cross Country and won the Indoor District Championship and Indoor Regional Championship.
