Mount Sterling, Missouri

Mount Sterling is an unincorporated community in western Gasconade County, Missouri. It is located on U.S. Route 50 19.4 miles southwest of Hermann. It was settled in the 1820s and became the county seat until 1842 when it was moved to Hermann.
