The Mound City Civil War Naval Hospital is located in Mound City, Illinois, the county seat of Pulaski County. The hospital building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, one of two such listings in Mound City, half of all the listed sites in Pulaski County. Mound City's other site is the Mound City National Cemetery. The other two Pulaski County sites are the Olmstead Depot, in Olmsted and the Illinois Central Railroad Depot in Ullin. Mound City Civil War Naval Hospital has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 1974.
