Perhaps add some mention about the fact that Moses Lake is where bad people go when they die?
I couldn't have said it better.
The more people who have a negaitve view of Moses Lake---the better the city stays for the rest of us, Move to Oregon if you don't like it here.
Moses Lake, Home of Pot Growing Farmers, Coke Snorting Dentists, Lawyers and Judges and Methlabs funded by realestate companies....not to mention the Zipp Fiber Optic Network pork pot and Ponzi Scam Funded Water Slide Park.
Moses Lake is more notorious for the school shooting that took place here.
The Ponzi scam took place in the mid to late eighties. The perpetrator was found guilty and went to prison. Many people greedy/foolish enough to invest lost lots of money. The water park was disassembled. Some of the slides went to another water slide north of Wenatchee. The area where the original water slides from this scheme is now a RV park.
I haven't heard about the Ponzi Scam funding of the water park -- what's the story there? 67.168.206.126 09:48, 6 February 2006 (UTC)
I live in Moses Lake and I have to agree with you guys. This place totally sucks! It's a rathole town with nothing to do besides TV and drugs.

This town isn't very big but it is a gang free town. Outside the city limits there is a growing gang problem on the old Larsen Base. Recent news articles hve reported that gangs of teenagers are growing more bold, stealing guns, and not afraid of using the stolen guns in commission of crimes.

He's right, the gangs are everywhere! But all in all it's not half bad.
The worst vacation I ever took in my life was in Moses Lake. Absolutely nothing to do in that rinky-dink thing they call a town. Driving back to Seattle, I saw a car with "I survived Moses Lake" written on the back. Couldn't agree more.

Does a subheading on the school shooting belong on this page or on a separate one? It's an important subject that deserves to be on Wikipedia, but I fear would overshadow this young but growing article. Comments or opinions?
