[edit] Background
Mosuri Dangun was the first son of Hae Mosu Dangun, who was the founder of Bukbuyeo. Mosuri was also brother to Go Jin, who was to become the great-grandfather of Goguryeo's founder, Go Jumong.
[edit] Reign and succession
After the death of Hae Mosu in 195 BCE, Mosuri came to the throne and became the 2nd Dangun of Bukbuyeo. As the successor of Hae Mosu, Mosuri had to work hard to expand the territory of the empire and also to keep peace within the newly established state of his father. Not much else is known of Mosuri and of the time period at which he reigned. In 170 BCE, Mosuri died and was succeeded by his son Go Haesa of Buyeo.
