Most Holy Trinity Seminary is a .Sedevacantist seminary in Brooksville, Florida founded in 1995. The seminary rejects the doctrinal and liturgical changes of the Second Vatican Council. Bishop Donald J. Sanborn serves as rector. In addition to Bishop Sanborn, Fathers Anthony Cekada, Carlos Ercoli, and Joseph Selway serve on the faculty.

Most Holy Trinity also offers a minor seminary program for high school aged boys who aspire to the sedevacantist priesthood.
