[edit] Proposed Merge

I propose that Morrell Mackenzie be merged into Morell Mackenzie. This seems like an uncontroversial merge to me, but I would like confirmation as to the correct spelling of the name before any action is taken. Thanks. Road Wizard 21:28, 13 June 2006 (UTC)

I believe the proper spelling is Morell Mackenzie, considering that it is the way that his name is spelled in his various academic papers, as well as in several biographies published on him. Amazon.com, although admitedly not the most reliable resource, has nothing listed for Morrell Mackenzie. Though with a google search Morrell Mackenzie gets several thousand more hits than Morell. Morell MacKenzie's son Kenneth Morell MacKenzie is an extended relative of mine by marriage, and all the certificates and paperwork I have collected on the man and his family seem to spell his name with one "R", though both the Museum of English Rural Life at Reading and the Churchill Archives Centre in Cambridge do have him indexed as Morrell, while the Bromley Local Studies library has both spelling variations in their index on the A2A (AccesstoArchives) website, though the actual records themselves that I sent away for copies of do use the Morell spelling. Morell's wedding certificate is spelt this way too, while perhaps the most definative source, R. Scott Stevenson's 1946 biography also uses the single R version. The two pages definately need merging though, and I would chose the single letter variation too. 88.104.238.150 16:11, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Link to abductor

I think that the link 'abductor' isn't good... it leads to kidnapping or something like that. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 70.80.26.19 (talk • contribs) 17:44, 17 June 2006 (UTC).

I have now fixed the abductor and adductor links to point to Anatomical terms of motion. Road Wizard 17:55, 17 June 2006 (UTC)
