Morton Ira Greenberg

Morton Ira Greenberg is a Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1933, after earning a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, he received an LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1954. He was nominated by U.S. President Ronald Reagan to fill a seat on the court vacated by Leonard I. Garth on February 11, 1987 and was confirmed by the Senate on March 20, 1987. He received his commission on March 23, 1987 and assumed senior status on the court on June 30, 2000.
