Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. (NYSE: MRT) is the world's largest owner and operator of company-owned upscale restaurants, with locations in the United States, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore. The company operates two concepts: Morton's, The Steakhouse and Bertolini's Italian Trattoria restaurants.

Morton's, The Steakhouse (formerly Morton's of Chicago) was founded in 1978 by Arnie Morton and Klaus Fritsch. Today, there are over 70 locations in the chain. Morton's locations are decorated with a similar style, concept, and decor, and all locations but one have "Boardrooms," private dining and meeting facilities. All restaurants opening after 2004 also house a 12|21 Lounge.

Bertolini's serves fresh homemade pastas, light and flavorful sauces and pizzas cooked in brick ovens. There are four locations, one each in Philadelphia, PA and Indianapolis, IN as well as two in Las Vegas, NV. The restaurants are designed as white tablecloth, traditional Italian trattorias.

Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. completed its initial public offering in February 2006 and is currently listed in the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MRT.
