Morgan Keegan & Company is a regional investment banking, securities brokerage, trust and asset management firm. The company was founded in 1969 in Memphis, Tennessee. Morgan Keegan has over 400 offices in 18 states, over 4,000 employees and over $500 million in equity capital.

The firm is now a subsidiary of Birmingham, Alabama based Regions Financial Corporation.
