Morgan Corinthos

Morgan Corinthos, full name Morgan Stone Corinthos, is a fictional character on the soap opera General Hospital. He is the son of Sonny Corinthos and Carly Corinthos. He was born when his mother was being held captive by Lorenzo Alcazar. Who was obsessed with Carly.During this occurrence, Carly went into labor. While Carly was giving birth to Morgan, Sonny was coming to save her. Sonny thought her screams were cries of help. Sonny accidentally shot Carly in the head while she was giving birth to Morgan. Morgan was cared for in his first months by his half-aunt Courtney Matthews, who is now deceased. Morgan was named after Carly and Sonny's good friend Jason Morgan. His middle name was given in honor of Michael "Stone" Cates, Sonny's friend who died of AIDS. During his short life, Sonny and Carly have fought over custody of Morgan and his older brother Michael several times.
