Morecambe Cricket Club are based in the tourist resort of Morecambe. They play their home cricket at Woodhill Lane in the Northern league.
They run four teams, the 1st and 2nd teams playing in the Northern League. The 3rd and 4th teams with the Fans Favourites Paul Watson and Jonny Stewart they should be pushing for promotion compete in the Westmorlad League.
They have a named professional for each season. For the 2007 season it will be Werner Coatsee who has played state cricket in South Africa.
They also run a number of junior teams, varying in age ranges and they all compete against local sides.
