MoreData is a software and information technology services company based in Lisbon, Portugal.
The company was founded by António Pedro Ferreira in 1982 with the name of Despodata, to provide consulting services and IT solutions for Custom Brokers.
After a few years, the company was also providing services for Public and Local Administration, Telco, Finance and Manufacturing Industry.
The name MoreData was adopted in 2001, since the company activity had become much larger by then.
In 2004 MoreData joined the EurTradeNet Alliance, for International Commerce support services.
Some of MoreData's people contribute to the BITITES blog (in Portuguese).
