Mora, New Mexico

Mora, a city in New Mexico, is the seat of Mora County. It is located about half way between Las Vegas, New Mexico and Taos, New Mexico on Highway 518 at an altitude of 7,180 feet. Its main claim to fame might be the Battle of Mora, which was a defeat for the anti-US Taos Revolt forces.
