I couldn't find an image tag appropriate for images published under Crown Copyright for the various Australian states and territories, so I just used the "AustraliaGov" tag. The Parliament of NSW website makes it quite clear that this image is permitted to be used, as long as the Parliament of NSW is acknowledged as the copyright holder and the material is not altered. Further details can be found at [1]. --Humehwy 04:30, August 17, 2005 (UTC)

- I've gone ahead and given it the same copyright tag used for the mugshots of Commonwealth politicians. Copyright is a law administered at the Commonwealth level in Australia, not State, so I can imagine the Premier's picture is dealt with in an identical manner to that of a Federal politician.
- Natually, there's nothing stopping anyone from 'asking' the NSW Govt. in an email, if it's OK, is anyone wants to dissent or carp. Peter1968 05:58, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
