Mope is the fourth single off off The Bloodhound Gang's 1999 album Hooray for Boobies. The music video features a man in a Pac-Man suit, portrayed as being on crack.

This song contains two themes. The first theme (the verses) is about extreme boredom, and how jokingly far someone goes in order to relieve the boredom. The second theme (the chorus) is a joke about the annoyances of masturbation. The lyric "relax, dont do it, when you wanna cum" is telling the listener not to do anything talked about in the rest of the song.
