Moni3 (b. 1971 in Jacksonville, Florida) is a fiercely independent wiki-user, and I am clueless for the most part and doesn't wish to admit it. I will only add to articles when astonished that no one else has already done so.
I have a dubious mix of spelling, vocabulary, and grammar perfectionism with some memory loss and unused neural pathways so have the occasion to be embarrassed when I can't remember the word for something, or use the word "toaster" when I meant "antidisestablishmentarianism".
I teach myself almost everything and hate direct instruction. This works well in stuff like art on my website but is slow going here at Wikipedia.
I currently work in a law office in Gainesville, Florida (Go Gators!), totally wasting my master's degree in Gifted Education - from the University of Northern Colorado. Don't tell me I need to get a degree and use it for the rest of my life! Clearly I'd rather get a degree and do something completely opposite.
I'm an active poster at Curve Magazine Community and a total lesbo.
The more I am a student of human systems like communications, education, and bureaucracy, the more I'm convinced they are useless.
I'm a convinced Quaker, but not the oatmeal kind.
[edit] On Wikipedia
I am fascinated that Wikipedia mirrors so closely the errors that are evident in everyday misunderstandings and throughout history. Wikipedia, in its faulty presence and inconsistent contributions, errors, poor grammar, and vandalization, is like watching a train wreck in slow motion on a parallel track to all the bad relationships you ever had, and every example of alternate theories of history.
I came to Wikipedia in 2006, long after it began, and trust it not much at all. As mentioned before, I only add to articles that I'm astounded don't exist or lack in some way.
