Michael Jackson does not live in Montecito. He lives in Santa Ynez, which is 30 miles north of Montecito on the other side of Santa Barbara county.

Yup, I think if he lived here I'd know it. Thanks for pointing it out. I took his name out. Antandrus 06:12, 3 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Incorperated City?

No, Montecito is not an incorperated city, but it is an unincorperated area near SB.

[edit] Intro - need source for one of the wealthiest cities

Must be a good source for this, or a reference to perhaps a new article.

It's no. 36 in the U.S. for places with populations over 10,000 -- Highest-income_places_in_the_United_States#Highest-income_places_with_a_population_of_at_least_10.2C000 , for a reference within Wikipedia. Antandrus (talk) 05:33, 28 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Douglas Adams

Shouldn't the fact that Douglas Adams died while he worked out in a private gym there be included in this discussion?-Darkn00b 00:51, 7 January 2007 (UTC)
