Montefalcone Appennino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ascoli Piceno in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 km south of Ancona and about 20 km northwest of Ascoli Piceno. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 525 and an area of 16.0 km2.[1]
Montefalcone Appennino borders the following municipalities: Amandola, Comunanza, Force, Monte San Martino, Santa Vittoria in Matenano, Smerillo.
