[edit] Play Modes
As a new feature useable with the Monopoly Party game, you can choose from either of two play modes: Classic Mode or Party Mode.
[edit] Classic Mode
In the mode, you can play Monopoly the original way. Everyone takes turns, and has usual play. For more see the Official Rules.
[edit] Party Mode
Runecraft thought that the Classic Mode might bore some people, so they came up with Party Mode. In Party Mode, it is always your turn because everyone rolls the dice at once!
[edit] Custom Rules
Players can set their own House Rules to play by. These are rules you can set to whatever you choose to customize it to fit your needs. You can change number of houses, number of hotels, amount of Free Parking jackpot (if any), if/how many properties are dealt, etc.
[edit] Themes
Players can also choose from five different themes: Classic, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, Pre-Historic, or Ancient Monuments. In all themes you can choose currency: U.S. Dollar ($), U.K. Pound (£}, or the European Euro (€).
[edit] Classic
This is the classic version of the board, with all the regular tokens. While using this theme you can select from a variety of property names like: U.S., UK, German, French, Spanish, or Italian. This feature is only available with the Classic theme.
[edit] Sci-Fi
This is a futuristic-like board with a large spaceship in the center. Tokens include a Ground Rover (like a Mars Exploration Rover), a robot, a UFO, and an astronaut.
[edit] Fantasy
This board is guarded by tall towers and creatures of all types in the center. Tokens inclue a dwarf, elf, wizard, and a knight.
[edit] Pre-Historic
The Pre-Historic board is centered around a watering hole with the occasional dinosaur drinking from it. Pre-Historic tokens include: a caveman, Wooly Mammoth, and a saber-toothed tiger.
[edit] Ancient Monuments
When you choose the Ancient Monuments theme you find many famous architectural wonders, such as the Great Pyramids, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Roman Coliseum, and Stonehenge. Some of the tokens are a Roman sandal, Egyptian skiff, an Urn, and a camel.
