Monkey Penny, or Monkey Penny, Jr., is a character in the video game Spy Fox. Her name is a play on Miss Moneypenny of the James Bond series.

Monkey Penny is Spy Fox's partner. Unlike Spy Fox, who wears a white tuxedo, she wears a black uniform and a yellow karate belt. She stays in the Mobile Command Center at all times, working with her computers, gathering intel. She and Professor Quack, another character, are deaf to each other. Players never see Monkey Pennys feet or tail. (The exception to this is during the credits of Spy Fox 3.) Her hobbies are karate and pottery. She can be reached via Spy Fox's Spy Watch. When Fox first met her he thought that she was an outcast spy but soon the two became friends. Monkey Penny is often seen doing some non-spy things. She calls if there is information for Spy Fox to locate.
