Monashee Mountains are a mountain range in British Columbia, Canada covering the areas of British Columbia (78%) and Washington (22%) and extending 530 km from north to south and 150 km from east to west. They belong to the Columbia mountain range. Neighbouring in the west are the Selkirk Mountains. Monashee Mountains are limited from the east by Columbia River and Arrow Lakes, to the west by upper North Thompson River, Shuswap Lake and Okanagan Lake. Its north end is in Robson Valley at Valemount BC. Peaks include Hallam Peak (3,205 m) and Cranberry Mountain (2,872 m). Between Revelstoke and Shuswap Lake the range is crossed by Highway 1, the Trans-Canada Highway and the mainline of the Canadian Pacific Railway thorough Eagle Pass. Monashee Mountains' southern end is a subject of major mining activities.

In some descriptions of the Monashees, a region known as the Okanagan Highland is included. It lies between the Kettle River and Okanagan Lake, south of the Shuswap River. Within this area is the small Sawtooth Range, which lies between the uppermost Shuswap River (E) and Mabel Lake (W).

Also sometimes included is the portion of the Shuswap Highland south of the North Thompson River, the boundary of which extends south to the Okanagan Highland.
