Request reason: "I' am Molag Bal, I was blocked forever from wikipedia in late October 2006, and ever since that, I have created accounts to try and contribute to the website. I have done over 1200 good edits through wikipedia with them. Written great articles, and done great work which has inspired others. Forgetting me. The accounts I created were classed as sockpuppets and blocked, by Martinp23 and Nishkid64, ever since, they have harassed me and accused me of further sockpuppetry, and they won't stop. I made over 600 brilliant edits with the account Rasillon, which was also blocked. I' am generally sorry, and I want to come back to this site without the risk of admins bullying me. Such as: Martinp23, Nishkid64, the JPS, and Majorly, they don't want me back and hope to block any account on site. But I' am generally sorry, and I wish to return, and stay for years, hopefully to make hundreds of thousands of edits, and become an admin one day. But its never going to happen if I don't get the chance, so please, I' am sorry, and I do not wish to trouble wikipedia again."

Decline reason: "Many of your accounts were blocked as vandalism only, you've engaged in many personal attacks against many admins (not limited to those you've listed), you've used multiple socks to evade blocks, made up dozens and dozens of bullshit stories to try and gets blocks lifted. I guess your meaning of not being bullied is that you don't want them to take action against your vandalism, personal attacks etc. Sorry no way. --pgk 16:19, 18 January 2007 (UTC) "
