[edit] Swapping Arrows

I added some details about Vagif's life basically translated from the Russian page abour Vagif, but I am not at all an expert on Azerbaijani/Caucasus history and sources are hard to obtain casually; I just thought the anecdote about the exchange of messages in particular was interesting/illuminating.
