Molly McGuire

Molly McGuire is a singer-songwriter currently based in Los Angeles, California. Originally from Canada, Molly was a member of the music scene in New Orleans before relocating to Los Angeles. She is a multi-instrumentalist, but primarily sings and plays bass when performing live.
Molly met Dave Catching in New Orleans, and the two have been frequent collaborators since then. Her bands include Yellow #5 (with Dave Catching and Brant Bjork), The Spores and Arügüla. She has also performed and/or recorded with Mark Lanegan, Mondo Generator, Nick Oliveri, Queens of the Stone Age, and Frank Black.
She is the sister of Canadian record producer and musician Brenndan McGuire.
There was also a Kansas City based band named Molly McGuire, currently Gunfighter.
