[edit] License tagging for Image:Pbcc logo.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Pbcc logo.gif. Wikipedia gets hundreds of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

[edit] Daktari question

Hi. I have seen you have done a lot of work on the Africa U.S.A. Park article. I have a Daktari question. The article says "[Daktari] ... was shot on location at Africa, U.S.A., a large wild animal park near Los Angeles... " and when I look at the Africa U.S.A. Park entry, it says that this park was in Florida and shut down operations in 1961! To your knowledge was there a second homonymous Africa U.S.A. Park in California ? Is there information about it somewhere ? Or is this plain wrong ? Hektor 15:17, 8 November 2006 (UTC)

Hi The original Africa USA was in Boca Raton. The name was never trademarked across the US, only used as an incorporation name in Florida. Ivan Tors originally wanted to purchase the Florida Park (he had filmed Flipper in Florida. Instead he opened Marinelane/Africa USA in Vallejo, California.
